The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for high-quality execution of marketing initiatives and projects that are on time, on budget and relevant for the myON team. This position will require expertise working with Salesforce and Pardot and will ensure a strong leadership role in driving lead generation. This person will also maintain schedules for all variety of marketing projects for sales, service and product departments.
The Digital Marketing Manager will effectively implement and manage lead generation campaigns leveraging SalesForce/CRM and Pardot, coordinate marketing strategies with Account Managers/Account Representatives to maximize sales and renewal opportunities, identify opportunities for product and marketing innovation, collaborate and create social media plans, and manage monthly webinar and marketing email campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in project management to include managing timelines and budgets. The preferred candidate must have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; have extensive experience with the planning, execution and tracking of marketing programs; ability to estimate and track projects; be detail-oriented with copywriting and brand management experience; must have excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills. Salesforce and Pardot expertise is a must for this position.
