Customer Experience Coordinator

Job function 

The Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) will be responsible for key stages within our summer and back-to-school customer data projects, including customer data file manipulation, validation, and preparing files for delivery on our website. This person will work on data assigned to them through our internal tracking system for each data refresh request.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities 

Work will include comparing submitted data files to previous and live files, making data consistent and following data rules, and generate / complete data files to pass to production. She/he will work with prospective and existing customers as well as sales, support, and professional services teams to create a positive customer experience. The goal of this position is to quickly and effectively bring new customers onboard and guide them through the implementation of myON, as well as providing communication to existing customers with ongoing user data support. 


Applicant Requirements 
  • Minimum 2 years of education experience
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing, sales, technical support, or related experience
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • High level of proficiency using Excel and working with CSV and other database files
