INDIANAPOLIS - As school winds down and kids get ready to kick back on summer vacation, the Indiana Department of Education wants to make sure kids are still hitting the books.
The Indiana Department of Education launched its third annual Hoosier Family of Readers summer literacy initiative. The goal is to promote reading through summer. To help students get involved in a good book, a partnership with MyON Reader will give them free online access to thousands of books.
