INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH MYON FOR MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Education announced a partnership with myON today to make thousands of titles available to students taking part in Indiana’s Migrant Education Program. More than 5,000 titles are available to students. These supplemental materials span from beginning reader to post graduate readability. The materials are being utilized to enhance reading and writing instruction for migrant students during regular school year and summer programs around the state. During the beginning stages of implementation, Indiana’s migrant students have read more than 26,000 online e-books and spent more than 4,000 hours reading selections from myON’s digital library.
